Founded in 1976, the Michigan Health Occupations Educators Association is a professional Organization of health occupations educators whose purpose is to:
- Provide an opportunity for exchange of ideas among educators in health occupations programs,
- Provide in-service and professional development opportunities for health occupations educators,
- Enhance communications with professional and paraprofessional health organizations, HOSA, and the general public; and
- Collaborate with and support professional organizations having a mission consistent with the mission of the Michigan Health Occupations Educators Association.
