In order to be considered for an award, a candidate must be currently enrolled in a State approved Health Science program, a high school senior with proof of acceptance into a post-secondary institution for a health-related career, and the instructor must be a current MHOEA member. Recipients will be notified by March 17, 2018. Student MUST redeem scholarship no later than December 31, 2018.
Scholarship checks will be mailed after the MHOEA Treasurer receives confirmation of your first semester registration in college.
Applications must be submitted no later than February 16, 2018.

An Endorsement Checklist is a document supporting an individual for consideration to receive a scholarship. An application must include two (2) endorsement checklists in order to be considered for an award. Follow the criteria below for obtaining endorsements:
1. One endorsement must be from your health science instructor.
2. One endorsement must be from a non-family member.
3. Endorsements will be submitted with your application in a sealed envelope with the endorser's signature over the seal (one envelope per recommendation).
